WHY DOES THE INDIE CHRISTIAN MARKET NEED TO THRIVE?

~ There are too many Christian creatives who wait for their "big break" or for a big producer to come along with a million-dollar budget. However, there are so many ways to independently produce, market, and distribute films, music, and other works, if creators could be more confident (and more skilled) at producing under modest budgets and through independent channels.

~ The Christian Arts market needs to target more specialty and niche audiences (most mainstream Christian works, such as The Chosen, are for a mass audience). What about viewers who like musicals? Mysteries? Classics? Yes, even horror films? Christians need to produce works in all these genres, and the indie market has the opportunity to reach smaller niche audiences who respond to these kinds of specialty genres.
